Oyster & Wine Bar

An interesting restaurant tucked away on the 18th floor of Sheraton with a great view.

Their plates are very cute:
Couldn't resist the temptation of the oyster bar and ordered 4 based on the waiter's suggestion - Kumamoto, Netarts Bay, Eagle Bay and Crumbrae. Obviously forgot all about taking photos and only remembered after finished the Kumamoto.
Spotted Crab Bisque
Shared a 12oz Japanese Kobe style steak, served with some vegetables and a protabello. This is half of the dish. The beef is very tender, of course, need to pretend you don't know that's because the marble(fat)...
Latte
Was quite full after the meal so chose a Chocolate Souffle instead of Hot Valhrona Chocolate Cake for dessert. Think Souffle is mostly preferred by women as they love the light and delicate texture while men usually find it not substantial enough, being just a little bit of egg white and sugar with lots of hot air.
Though it's a seafood restaurant, the menu has a lot of choice other than seafood. Guess that's why quite busy in the evening in the middle of the week.
