Foie gras~smooth and creamy pate and though the steam
Foie gras was tasty, would be even better if it's pan fried...

Baked
Macaroni with wild mushroom, cheese and
parma ham~perfect texture and blend of flavours.

Scallops~Fresh and
succulent. As suggested by the waiter, it did taste best when mixing everything together - mash
potato, sauce,
vegetables and
scallop.

Lamb~juicy and tender, very rich sauce and served in a modified
Tagine.
Raspberry sorbet with chocolate &
Raspberry mouse cake~my
favorite type of dessert - dark chocolate and not too sweet.
A wonderful dinner, delicious food-from bread to coffee (though prefer the butter in Amber), great view, nice wine...should go and try the Sexy Sunset
