
Alaska king Crab,
Caviar with olive oil and lemon dressing ~ very refreshing and light starter.

Lemon sherbet~just right to clear the palate.
Pigeon consommé~the filling in the
ravioli is very
cheesy and yummy.

Australia tenderloin with
abalone~interesting combination. The tenderloin is very juicy and tasty but a bit funny to be with
abalone...the bake potato was very rich and creamy.

Chocolate
mouse cake with
fruit~a bit too sweet even though it's already been made "less sweet".
